is the principal of Work Safety and Training. He has extensive WHS experience and qualifications, and all our staff regularly
upgrade their knowledge and skills through regular professional development.
Work Safety and Training offers

WHS Consultancy
You can contact us if you need a WHS consultant. We conduct risk assessments,
workplace inspections and audits. We can produce safety management plans, documented
safety management systems, safety reports and recommendations, and employee inductions,
WHS documents and templates.

New England region: AIR MONITORING & NOISE ASSESSMENTS
Phil Wadick is an Associate member of the Australian Institute of Occupational
Hygienists. He offers the follwing services:

AIR MONITORING:
Regulation 49 of the WHS Regulation 2011 requires persons conducting
a business or undertaking to ensure concentrations of airborne contaminants
do not exceed exposure standards. Phil Wadick conducts Hazardous Substances
atmospheric measurement and evaluation: e.g. vapours, dusts, sprays,
asbestos, crystalline
silica, coal dust, pesticides, herbicides, isocyanates, wood dust, solvents
and so on

Regulation 57 requires
persons conducting a business or undertaking to ensure that workers are
not exposed to noise that exceeds an average of 85dB(A) for 8 hours.
We conduct noise measurements and assessments - create a noise map of
your workplace, or assess noise
levels of tools and equipment. Discuss how to reduce noise levels for
workers.
WHS Training
In NSW we conduct WorkCover approved OHS Consultation training. We also design
and deliver WHS
risk management
for managers, supervisors or employees, employee inductions, behaviour based
safety observations, and tool box talks. We can customize any WHS training to
your specific requirements.
Construction Industry
We have staff who specialise in the construction industry. We can help you with
paperwork, including safe work method statements (swms), safety management plans,
subcontractor management systems, and risk assessments. We can deliver WHS work
activity training and inductions for all kinds of trade activities.
